In response to our client’s feedback, Data Recovery Specialists are pleased to announce the opening of their third new office this year. The new office in Clavering House, Newcastle Upon Tyne opens in September and allows us to get even closer to customers and partners in the North.

Data Recovery Specialists offer a data recovery service for all types of damaged and corrupted media from hard drives to RAID and even magnetic tape. As you would expect, data loss can be very stressful and users are often seeking local solutions. Unfortunately it is not yet economical to duplicate our laboratories throughout all our satellite offices. However with the advent of secure fibre broadband and cloud technology, data can be recovered from failed media remotely with minimum on-site intervention.

“The new office is part of our existing growth strategy and will hopefully create new jobs in the region as well as increasing the turnover of the company.

With such a strong manufacturing core in this part of the country, we have built a number of strong relationships with partners and regular clients in the North East. Currently it’s debatable whether their closest office is Glasgow or Cardiff. This is an important move for them and will ensure we can continue to offer the best possible services.

Although the office will only be a satellite to our main headquarters here in Cardiff, our technicians are able to support satellite offices remotely.” Says Aran Pitter, Sales Manager.

The new office is located in Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 3NG, right in the heart of Newcastle. With strong rail and road links, it should be easy for clients to drop media into our reception. Clavering House offers us the ability to expand quickly should the need arise. The facilities are second to none and as you can imagine, a technology business like ours relies on both secure premises and excellent connectivity.
