Although Data Recovery Specialists always aims for the highest level of customer service we understand that certain incidents may have an impact on customers satisfaction. In order to deal with your complaint appropriately, a feedback form is to be completed and submitted to us electronically via our website.

Once your feedback has been submitted you should receive an email-confirmation. Please note if you do not receive any confirmation within 72 hours, then the feedback has not been submitted correctly. If you experience any problems or if you require any assistance with the complaint form, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0844 573 9158. Please also note, that no formal complaints can be dealt with via telephone from this point onwards and all correspondence must be in writing. This then will leave a "paper trail" of all requests and complaints, logging what has been stated by either party. Once the investigation has been completed, you will receive a response via email.
