For our free evaluation, simply follow the instructions on the email you have just received and send the failed media to our main laboratory in Cardiff. Alternatively you can drop your media at any of our regional offices.

Typically we aim to recover data within 24 to 48 hours. Some recoveries can present a technical challenge and in these instances, your technican will advise if the process is going to take longer.

Completing the Data Recovery

"Should you choose to proceed, the data recovery process will be completed and the data will be safely stored on our servers. We will then copy out the data to your preferred choice of output media - either 64Gb memory stick or HDD (for purchase or loan). Your data will be dispatched on our secure, next day courier service.
