Data Recovery Specialists continued expansion has dictated that we need more space. With new staff inbound and further data recovery tools for our arsenal, we have moved into new offices at our Cardiff address. With double the amount of space, our new offices should suit our requirements for the next five years or so.

Data Recovery Specialists Commercial Director Aran Pitter says “Moving offices has allowed us to continue our expansion. We aim to provide some of the fastest data recovery turn-arounds in the industry and to do this it is imperative that we have the right resources – both in terms of people and data recovery extraction tools. With an influx of new people arriving throughout the summer we are going to be busy with training. Furthermore, our receipt and dispatch process is being streamlined and they need a much bigger area”.

Earlier in the year, Data Recovery Specialists streamlined all their working procedures. A new automated system for capturing enquiries, processing work and tracking deliveries was introduced. Geraint Jones who was instrumental in development of this new system says “Clearly our client’s data is of paramount importance and we must safeguard it. Our new system tracks everything from enquiry, to data recovery, through to final receipt of the data. Much functionality is automated to relieve the pressure on our data recovery consultants. A clear audit trail is going to be advantageous to all and helps us offer the best and most reliable data recovery service to our clients”.
