New offices in Croydon and Glasgow

Over the last few years Data Recovery Specialists have been expanding. There has been an exponential growth in both sales and technical teams, which has corresponded to a huge increase in the number of successful recoveries that we complete each year. With over 869 hard drives successfully recovered in 2013, we are already on on course to more than double this annual figure.

With this positive development in our data recovery business, we are seeing an increase in demand for our services from private companies, government organisations, public bodies and not forgetting individual users. As part of our growth strategy we want to get even closer to our clients and partners. We recognise that when data loss strikes, this can be very stressful. Often the user wants a professional company within easy reach. This is why we have opened new offices at Airport House in Croydon and Bath Street in Glasgow, with new offices planned for other UK regions this year.

New offices alone are not enough and we strive to offer the best service in the industry. This is why timescales are dropping and successful recoveries increasing. Every client is assigned their own consultant who will guide them through the data recovery process and hopefully put their mind at rest! Corresponding advances in both technical capabilities and engineering have seen our yield rate increase to 92.5%.

CEO Tony Pitter says "For over 18 years we have worked hard to build a strong presence in the data recovery industry and established ourselves as a trusted leader in the UK. The growing demand for our services has meant that our current premises are simply not enough. Our investment in new offices is a reflection of our continued growth and success of the business, but most of all - a vote of confidence by our clients".

The new offices are located at Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon CR0 0XZ and 272 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JR. The telephone remains the same and the sales team are still located at our headquarters in Cardiff.
